HERa is a newly established social project, under Women On Top Greece.
​
When you hear our name two things come to mind: Hera, the ancient Greek goddess of motherhood and "χείρα" as in hand. These two things are immediately linked to our goal, which is giving a helping hand to mothers who want to get back in the workforce. The way we integrate women into the working field is by providing professional development, technical skills, stability and support.
